Software for our profiling is the latest version of Radan which includes RADPUNCH,
PANEL BUILDER, 2D & 3D modelling. All programs for all works are transferred direct to
our machines using DNC technology, this enables all programming problems to be overcome
in the office not on machines, so productivity is running at 100% to maintain our fast turnaround.

We can import 3d images into our software to develop flat profiles to cut down on engineering time.

Panelbuilder is used to optimise all calls of cladding panels so we can tell customers what panels are exactly needed, therefore cutting down on waste materials which will cut the costs to the customers.

Radan 3D

Radan 3D is a high performance and versatile 3D modelling package designed to make sheet metal design and engineering assembly modelling simple.

Automatic Unfolding

Unfolding in Radan 3D is automatic and flexible. Capable of unfolding both designs created in Radan 3D and models imported from other systems, it makes flat blank development easy.

Unfolding parameters, such as bend allowances, can be controlled independently of the geometry, enabling an accurate development that is based on actual bending machines and tooling to be used in production. This leads to more accurate flat blanks, more accurate folding and ultimately, a higher quality product.





RadanbendCNC

RadbendCNC enables full accurate 3D-model simulation of the bending process, including advanced features such as automatic bend sequence calculation, automatic tool selection and automatic finger stop placement, offering simple programming and high productivity.

Profiling

All profiles ie brackets/cleats are all manufactured in house using state of the art cnc turret press. All programmed using Radan software, all corner fabrications are also punched in flat form using 3D technology.

All vented profiles are also manufactured on CNC Turret Press up to 4M in length.



The AXYZ CNC router sytems can be configured with a host of options, such as the automatic tool changer, plasma head for machining steel and multiple heads to further enhance the machines capabilities and improve production speeds and accuracy.
