Machine Capacity
At Simco, we are able to manufacture architectural frame using CAD and traditional techniques, from all kinds of aluminium and steel sections, brackets, cleats and extruded angles. We pride our skills in fabrication and technical excellence, and provide a pro-active approach to customer advice on material requirements and capabilities. CAD is used in the manufacture of a wide range of complex shapes, and our skills in solving technical issues ensure that our customers receive a product conceived by the architect that is fit for purpose.

Galvanised and Aluminium Trims
From 0.7mm to 20mm thickness up to 12 metres in length and trims up to 4 meters in length.

Helping Hand Brackets and Cleats
60mm to 400mm long.
Mild STeel (galvanised after manufacture or painted red oxide primer).
Brackets and Cleats up to 10mm thick with holes or slots.
Various extruded angle T sections and Z sections also available in 6 metre lengths.

Stainless Steel
0.7mm to 10mm thickness up to 4 metres in length.

Punching
All of the above materials can be punched to provide holes, slots, key ways etc.

Mig & Tig Welding
Skills and equipment to Tig weld aluminium and stainless steel and mild steel.

Fabricated Sections
Skills and equipment to fabricate all corners to suit any profile.

Structural Adhesives
Simco has carried out extensive testing of structural adhesives for use on butt straps, corners and panels to avoid external fixings and penetration from welding.

Composite Panels
A heated press is used in the manufacture of composite panels to control adhesion and flatness.
